Sara Omer (she/her) is an American SWANA writer who received her BA in English in 2018 from Kennesaw State University. She was the Associate Fiction Editor for Orion's Belt and was formerly a technical editor in Atlanta. Her short stories and poems appear in The Dark, Old Moon Quarterly, PodCastle, Baffling, Small Wonders, Apparition Lit, and elsewhere. 

THE GRYPHON KING, her adult dark fantasy debut was published by Titan Books in 2025, and THE HARPY KNIGHT is forthcoming July 2026.
